new update stuck on 0%

never had a problem like this,i played csgo today and got a notification that my client needs to update so i went to restart the game but now the game is stuck on ''preparing to launch csgo'' but the download is stuck on 0bytes. my internet is working

Maybe try to change your download region/server.

imagine 1 Million People want to do your Mom... there will either be a pretty long queue or everybody gets to touch her for a second over a longer period of time.

= The more Clients an update gets distributed to, the more time it will take for each client to recieve it.

i fixed it,it turns out that my isp is blocking steam WTF,i turned on my vpn (nordvpn)and now its downloading

edit: just called my isp and they told me to changee my dns to google's dns, and now it works without vpn ,they didnt block steam afterall
