de dust 2 xbox smoke without jumping

hey guys!

i've already watched plenty of videos and spent about an hour figuring out how to throw a xbox smoke without a jumpthrow. i haven't found anything yet as the videos are all outdated. i can't use their lineups.. please help me out guys!

p.s. i don't want to use scripts and my jumpthrows are kinda inconsistent

pps. it want to throw it trom T-side, like t-spawn, outside long, etc. supposed to be a safe throw without getting killed by the CT's

thank you for this link but i already know this video. the video is outdated, the map has changed, there are no antennas now...
