How can I bindtoggle +noclip and -noclip?

How can I bindtoggle +noclip and -noclip?
In all the Kz servers "noclip" doesnt work. You have to use "+noclip" right?
How can I bind +noclip and -noclip to the same key?

It should activate +noclip when you press and activate -noclip when you release.

If toggle noclip state then “noclip” only is fine. Like you type “noclip” in console and toggle 2 state

Unless servers have cheats on you are not allowed to use noclip obviously. You should realize that when she add the command sv_cheats 1 before noclip.
Another way to legally use noclip is to have admin privilege and even that you have to use chat command instead.

after completing the map the server where I practice gives me the opportunity to use the noclip with the command + noclip / -noclip. noclip without the plus and minus sign does not work.

The closer i think we can do about it is to make an alias like this:

• alias "+fly" "noclip"
  
• alias "-fly" "noclip"

Then you bind it to a key (for example):

• bind v "+fly"

Now every time that you press OR release "V" button it will run the noclip command on console.

Things to consider

• Because this is an ALIAS, every time that you re-open Counter-Strike you will have to remake it. That's because all alias are undone when the game closes.
  
• So you can put those commands inside an autoexec cfg,
  
• or manually execing the cfg every time you enter a offline server,
  
• or manually writing these commands when you whant.
  
• Me personally, i don't like it too much. I rather click to fly and click to fall every time... i fell more precise this way... and is simplier.
