What case to get M4a4 howl and awp medusa?

It's a rare skin drop from operation maps / souvenir drop from past tournaments. They do not drop from any case.

what she means is that there are no cases with the Howl or Medusa in them

but if you want a medusa you can buy skins from that collection and tradeup for one using a trade up contract

M4A4 | Howl is from the old Huntsman Case and was a contra banned skin since it's no longer obtainable.

AWP | Medusa is not dropped from a case. It's from a certain collection that can only be dropped during an operation.

M4A4 Howl was from Hunstman case. When it was known to be stolen artwork, Valve removed the Howl from Hunstman collection. Therefore, it is no longer obtainable.
