That the csgo servers are normal, but most regions are idle or low load, does idle mean not working or something, my brain is hurting

I mean't that the servers are not taking too much load. Idle means the regions server is not taking too much load.

Low Load: Less players playing.
Idle: Stable
High Load: Bunch of no lifes playing alot.

There's probably a delay in the servers, That's why it takes so much time to find a game.

Then it would of been fixed by now the servers/rank/skin problem has lasted already for exactly 14hrs
