Recorded spinbot cheater in prime and a reason why CS:GO sucks (demo link included)

Hello,

We just played against an obvious spinbot cheater. His nick in game was [REMOVED - see end of the post] but later it got blank, kill feed blurred and the rest you can watch here (interestingly enough demo seems to look exactly like the game):

who told us directly that they won't kick the cheater because they are premade.
They were in fact 5 premade because he had no rank.

They both seemed pretty sure they'll not get banned in any way because VAC is sh*t and they won't get overwatched anyway cause the cheater didn't play more than 2 matches in 24h. Seemed they know exactly what to do to cheat and don't get banned.

Now my question is, how the hell he didn't get banned instantly?
Is this game really promoting cheaters so badly that it even encourages you to cheat?
Am I supposed to start cheating to play this game or what?!
What about other cheaters who aren't that obvious? There must be thousands of them by now!

Obviously nobody was taking this game seriously.

I'm LEM / Supreme player (without cheats obv).
Cheater had gold nova, if it matters.

I'd love to see a comment from Valve about this situation, cause my patience has already ended.

Then how does it work exactly? Cause I'm pretty sure the guy won't get banned, I was watching some other spinbot player in the past but I lost his profile ID eventually. Never got banned.

Iknowright csgo sucks. Sucks in money into a$$hole but player's wishes not. Sad community. Csgo deserves to be crowded with hackers and stuff, because developers only care about money , valve too. Valve treats players and whole community like ♥♥♥♥ - they strike back.

Profile reports dont count. only in game reports
