Is "gowin.me" a scam page or not

so i have been playing in this page for 2 weeks and collected 100$ points the problem is when i want to redem my items in withdraw.do when i collect some point the page told me to deposit 3$ points to redem any skin and thats what i did i redem 3$ and tryed again but the page keeped telling me bots are offline over and over again till today.Now the page keep saying me again to deposit 3$.Now can anybody tell me from his experience is this or isnt a safe page.
