Damascus is nice, although if you're aiming for a Karambit, I would suggest getting a WW or BS quality so that it looks darker, or just go for Black Laminate. If you're not limited in terms of money, also check higher-quality Lore knives, they're awesome (but most of them are still just too scarred for my taste).

My FT damaskus kara is pretty nice i mean I really like it - but get then one you really want, random people on the internet might not have the same taste as you do, did you know some people actually like the gut knife ?????? Ikr it's horrible and looks like it could only spread butter ...

I'm not actually kidding about loving the gut, these stamped things are very reliable IRL, just like the Huntsman.

Still, yeah, I like engraved/shiny metallic/golden skins in the game and would recommend them, which doesn't mean they are the best things ever objectively. Everyone has the right for their own opinion, except when this opinion is wrong and not mine.
