Logitech G430 7.1 surround with HRTF Setting

Is there a benefit to turning on the dolby surround sound setting on the G430 headset while using the HRTF Headphone setting in CSGO?

youre not supposed to use any kind of 3rd party surround sound when enabling HRTF

I use DTS 7.1 on the Super Stereo Wide setting. I have HRTF on in CSGO. Sounds pretty good to me.
