Contacting a game developer
I have just gotten a global cooldown for a major disruption, and i feel this has been wrongly applied, and under the CSGO vac support page, it reads that i can contact the game devleoper who enforced this ban, but i dont know how. Can someone help me?

But I suggest you don't bother, they most likely won't help you.

I am simply following the instructions here on steam, i have spend so much time on this game these past weeks, and it is straight out annoying that this has happened

You will get an automated response. The only option is if there was a false positive occurring in a vac wave, in which case you'll be unbanned automatically. Otherwise you're s.o.l

Did you try unplugging it then plugging it back in?

Unplugging what?

Try reading the pinned threads. Legend says they are pinned for a reason.

Upon contacting them you will only receive an automated response saying "you cheated, get over it". Yes, the VAC support page says you can contact game developers, however, since Valve was the one who made the game too, and they are way too overconfident in their systems, you most likely won't be getting unbanned.

I have a smurf that has gotten overwatched wrongly, and it still is banned.

You'll want to use the link provided above -- the Valve one. Choose "CS:GO Team" in the drop-down menu, and submit your inquiry.

Here's some other notes to take a look at: Counter-Strike: Global Offensive - Overwatch System

Good story. You also get banned from grouping with a cheater who provides you info. My guess would be the same people who carry you on faceit.
