Well than take the time with the cooldown and practice so you can stay consistent and to get better to avoid getting kicked for sucking

I've once managed to get 9 kills and 25 deaths in a supreme match, 2nd last guy had 17 kills, I didn't get kicked.

However the next match I got in with the guy that was our top player again, this time I was #1 and he was #5, we didn't kick him either.

you could try steam support. but still nothing will happen you are banned on a cooldown which is not removable till the time period expires
