Weapon with highest fire rate including reload?

The MP9. At 857.15 RPM, this ties it with the P90 in terms of firing speed, But puts it just under the Negev wih 1000 RPM. The crucial difference is that the MP9 has the FASTEST reload in the game, at 2.25 seconds, with the Negev's being 5.7 seconds. We can find out the time it takes for the Negev to fire one mag with MagSize/(RPM/60), or 60/6.666 or 9 seconds. 9 + 5.7 seconds means 14.7 seconds from one mag to another, times 3 mags equals 44.1 - 5.7 = 38.4 seconds to drain a Negev of its bullets. The MP9, on the other hand, using the same formula, Sports a 2.1 mag emptying time with a 2.25 second reload, or 4.35 mag-to-mag, and with 5 mags, makes it the fastest emptying gun in the game at 19.5 seconds.
(P.S.I think the only thing that beats this is the R8 but I'm not sure.)
