Y Axis On CSGO Disabled | Whats Wrong? | Cant look up or down.

Well, to start it off with, im on a mac. That should clear some things up.
Now, I tried looking at all the mouse commands and everything, all of them are on default.
Tried Verifying the game cache, didnt help at all.
Manually deleted cs, nothing.
Same thing with deleting cs on steam.

Anybody know what the issue is? Updates havent done anything either. Ive tried even another mouse, still nothing.
