Iobit, VAC and CS:GO

Ok so, I'm using Advanced System Clear by Iobit and I KNOW it isn't a really good software house, but this program is quite good. Now, we all know that iobit blocks the VAC system and I can't play cs:go for vac problems. Now i want both playing csgo and using advanced system clear, but I have to make VAC works with a permanent fix and not a temporary restore steam fix. How can I make advanced system clear don't block vac system?

Disable auto scanning/tuneup/whatever ♥♥♥♥ you have in schedule?

Mh tryed to close it before opening csgo.
I'll check some infos for disabling it, thank you.
