CSGO 0 fps?
each time I load csgo, I always get 0 fps for no reason.
Is there a solution? This may be a new problem.

Overclocked GTX 760 With an Overclocked AMD Anthlon X4
I put it at the lowest settings with extra console commands to make it run faster.

fps_max 300 if you haven't already.
try restarting your computer, verify game files.
make sure you try to keep as little programs running whilst trying to play csgo.
