How do i make that white SMALL default crosshair?Theres 3 versions for default crosshair,1 is the big changing size when u move,2 the still crosshair that changes to red when pinted at enemy,3 basically 2 but much smaller in size.So how od i make 3?

How did this not help? Its a workshop map. You subscribe to it, then start the game with "play offline with bots" and go on the "workshop" tab to select the map.
There are all options for crosshairs that are available ingame.
Just fiddle around.
