Square Emojis in My Steam Name

Whenever I play CSGO or TF2, my name will be displayed as '῿῿♠ MOM ♠' instead of '♠ MOM ♠'

This happened after i used the clear name history.

You don't have to, they just won't show in-game.

I'm saying in-game they will be boxes, but on Steam it will be the emoji. If you don't want the boxes, then just remove it all together.
