CAN U GET DRAGON LORE IN ALL MAPS?

is it possible to get a dragon lore as a level up drop in every map in theory? And i dont have bloodhound pass or coin btw.

you can get it on every map, but you need the pass

First of all, Bloodhound is over since a year or allmost 2.
The new operation is Operation Hydra wich ends in 1 Week.

The % to get a dragon lore in an operation drop is waaay under 0,01%.
Second thing is that you will NEVER be able to get a DRAGON LORE from normal weekly drops, dosent matter wich map you play, you cant reviece it from normal weekly drops. ONLY FROM OPERATION DROPS WICH REQUIRE THE OPERATION PASS (ENDS IN 1 WEEK)!!!!
