Twitch Stream is lagging only with CsGo. Help. D:

Hello.

Well, after I got my Ryzen 5 1600, I wanted to start streaming a bit CsGo from time to time on Twitch. But now I can't. Before the Update, which implemented the Canals Map, I could even stream with my Athlon X4 860k.
The problem, the stream starts to lagg with any settings in OBS. Every other game (e.g. PUBG, Day of Infamy etc.) I can stream just fine, wihou any laggs. I don't have any big FPS drops while streaming in CsGo. It's just tthe stream which is lagging.

So, now I ask you, what will help, so I can stream CsGo without these Stream Laggs?

CsGo Settings: Everything is low, at 1920x1080p

OBS 64Bit Ver. Settings: Scaling to 1280x720, 30FPS, CBR, Bitrate ~5000 (can't go under 4000, because the Stream will get also laggy while playing other games), CPU = Very Fast, profil = main, keyframe = 2

PC:
Ryzen 5 1600 @ 3,2 GHz
MSI Bazooka B350M
2x Hyper X 4GB DDR4, 2400MHz
MSI RX 460 4GB

Win10

Down: ~90-100 Mbps, Up: ~30-40 Mbps

I tried to reinstall CsGo, but this doesn't help at all.

All drivers are up to date, because I just changed the CPU, Motherboard, Ram a Week ago and installed the newest driver.

Do you need something else?

Yes. Can't use 60FPS in OBS, because it will get more laggy.

Play csgo in the same scale you record it in obs

I done it and also changed the bitrate to 1500 and now the stream runs somewhat smooth.. Well I just go with this settings. It's better than this diashow of stream I got before. :D
Itt's a bit annoying I have to change the bitrate everytime I stream CsGo, but it's ok.

Is CsGo taking so much Ram? Because when I stream every other game, I don't have these laggs in the stream. But well, I will do this anyway in he next month. Just had enough money for 8gb.
