Packet loss in Airtel & Vodafone, but not in Jio ?
There is considerable amount of packet loss & high latency in Airtel & Vodafone sim although speed is 20-30mbps, whereas in Jio, game is smooth [for Indians only] . Why So ???

Ask Airtel and Vodafone.. it's not valve's fault

Sadly, our University has blocked "Steam". So that wont help!

Every possible VPN is blocked. Trust me! But VPN is completely dfferent from the scope of this discussion.

same problem here
4& loss and 2 to 3 % choke on airtel
speed - 30 mbps

Yeah and? This is clearly a problem with:
your Hostel / University
and/or ISP
and/or your infrastructure.
