In CS:GO it's team vs team.. in PUBG there are many teams or solo player so it's all vs all. That alone makes PUBG more competitive than CS:GO.

PUBG is also a harder to master game as it is more complex.

If Valve were serious about this game being competitive they would add basic features like aim down sights but no, they keep the game in the stone age.

That's right. You don't need to aim in CS:GO because it's not considered as a competitive FPS game but an arcade shooter. That's why the features are as simplistic as possible so the most braindead people too can hop in to the fun!
