Is silver elite bad?

completed my placements and got silver elite, is this a bad rank? i usually top or second frag

If you don't top frag with P90 than no it's not that bad

se is decent for a person whose never played the game before, people on smurf accounts can get much higher though

Not bad actually. My first rank was silver 1 because I had never played the game much before I got into comp. Now I am more experienced though so it was GN1. Which is actually sad, because after 800 hours my first rank is only 2 higher than you after 180 hours...

you also have to remember the rank shift that happened, at 40 hours my first rank was gn1, with i think now is around silver3-4

Its not a bad rank seeing as you have couple hundred hrs , i play with people in nova and get matched with silvers with over 1k hrs and they still terrible.
