Serious lag spikes on the Dust2 remake
I don't know about you guys, but I tried the beta version of the map, only to get some serious lag spikes, like, 0fps then back to normal at random intervals.

My Rig:
Intel Core i7 6700k 4.0Ghz
16GB DDR4 2400Mhz RAM
Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 3GB
Windows 10

this setup of mine runs CSGO normally at around 300fps most the time, but the lag spikes on the new dust2 is bad. Just going to post this, maybe the devs'll find a solution before it gets released.

on old d2 I used to have arround 500 fps
on new d2 I have 150-200 max

my pc specs:

16gb ram
gtx 1060 6gb
ssd 500gb
win 7
So it's not only me? Good to hear, that means it's more likely to be fixed before it's release.

I’m having some weird lag on it too, even though my FPS is above 150. I think it’s because the VAR is at around 3 - 5 mostly of the time, I read on reddit that if it’s above 1 it feels laggy.

I still have those lags spice with the official release...

Same here. The map is literally unplayable for me since I've been pampered with my 120Hz monitor for awhile. I notice an immediate decrease in quality and my level of play when framerate fluctuates rapidly due to the recent update.
same for me, core I7 3.5Ghz, 2x Radeon R280X 6GB, 16gb Ram

I upgraded from GTX 750 ti to GTX 1080, now the lag is gone...

Same to me

My specs:
AMD A4-5000 APU
4 GB Ram
1 TB

And on the old one (30 Fps) and now I have (15-10).
On the lowest settings.

Ok guys, there's a thing that solved for me, even after upgrading to GTX 1080, the game wasn't smooth on new dust 2... To solve the problem, I had to change the "Shader Detail" from Very High to Medium, if it's still not smooth for you on medium, change to low.
