About max setting of csgo

i have cpu 2.8 GHz,graphics nvidia ge-force 940mx,ram 8 gb os- wiondows 7 ultimate 64 bit.
so can i run CS-GO in max setting?

then u get 40fps or something, max settings for cs is a bit useless since u don't play this game for its graphics,

always use lowest settings
more fps=more responsive game
but you can use a native resolution if the fps is more than 100

But op has worse specs, i dont think he will have good fps with maxed settings
