I've been on steamrep lately and most of the scams that has occured and was succesfully done are paypal scams.how in the world can we know if one is trusted or not?.

use a website like sourceop they have real reputation that is moderated.
or simply use opskins.

Apart than sourceop,another site is backpack.tf trust.its a trading mainly for tf2 but can be used to advetise csgo and dota 2 items

I never used backpack.tf for real world trades so I don't know how secure that is.

you can check it out.the trusts are meant for brokers,middlemans,spycrabs and cash trades.but cash trades isnt so much as there is marketplace.tf which is a site to cash out exactly like opskins
