The Graffiti's should be usable in a trade-up contract.

Most of the time I get a graffiti in a drop it feels pointless. I probably won't use it since a lot of them don't look that good imo (one of the only ones I can even think of that I would like is the lambda one), and there's no point in selling it since it only goes for 3 cents on the market, meaning I would get 1 cent for it by selling it so that's pointless.

I have a bunch just sitting in my inventory and I feel like if they were at least useable in a trade-up contract towards getting better tiered/higher quality graffiti's it wouldn't feel nearly as pointless since that's one more I have towards getting a better one eventually. I'm surprised that's not already there honestly.
