HyperX Cloud 2 Problem
I recently bought myself a great pair of Hyperx Cloud 2s and they are awesome in playing everything except for CS:GO. When I listen music, or play games on my PS4 with the USB Soundcard plugged in all the time, I have great sound, but I opened CS:GO, loaded a match of deathmatch, and to describe the problem: I can't hear any bass. I feel like the treble is too dominant. I watched some CS:GO videos on YouTube, where the sound massively improved. I have tried switching USB ports but nothing worked. I come from a pair of Turtle Beaches and they currently play better sound in CS:GO then my Clouds. Is this just the way it is or have I done something wrong? If so, what do I need to do?

Thanks in advance!

Unfortunately I have already tried everything to my understandings regarding in-game settings. I think I have to do some things in the CSGO console but I just don't know exactly what.

For 80 bucks they are great. the only thing that improves if I bought a seperate Mic and seperate Headphones is my Mic. The audio quality on the Cloud 2's are fantastic (but not in CSGO, remember my problem?) and I simply did not want to spend over 100 bucks on Audio devices. Yes seperate headphones and mics are better in every single way, but a decent quality headset (like the cloud 2) will do the job, and is all what I wanted.
