Crouch down slow = anti "teabag" ? [SOLVED]

whenever i try to "teabag" a dead opponent to spam ctrl over his corpse each time i crouch it gets slower and slower . Is this anti teabag script made by VALVe employees ?

I always thought it was due to the game being so old the model's knees became week from not eating mom's spaghetti. Thought it was bone on bone action that prevented them from crouching too fast repeatedly.

maybe bad explained. its to prevent crouch spam behind cover

crouching behind cover -> uncrouch, shoot one time -> crouch again .. and so on.
