How do I download 3D model

I'm trying to make a csgo skin and need the right 3D model (karambit), were can I download it?
Pleas respond if you know.

Pretty sure you have to make it yourself, I'd recommend using autodesk products (even if they consume a lot of resources, they are usually the best, tho I've only made 3d "models" for various parts I projected for tanks and cars.
