Dont hear defuse and other sounds

I have recently had problems of not hearing sometimes the defuse sound and bcuz of that lost the round. Is it bcuz of the new sound system uptade and is there any fixes i could do? Thanks if you could help me!

Also maybe try to turn up a volume. It is not a sound update problem because i can still hear a bomb after it

happened to me too, lost a 2v2 in which bomb was smoked and apparently was being defused, didnt hear the defuse. So apparently i ended up staring at the dude defusing :/
