How do I get my 5 Year Veteran Coin? (CS:GO)

Hi,
I was wondering if there is anyway to get a 5 year veteran coin on csgo, i used to play counter strike online on the xbox, i still have the cd holder, the game and the instructions, if theres anyway i can get a veteran coin please tell me in the comments.

The veteran coin is a part of the game csgo so you have to buy the game ofc.
