CS:GO big map after dead

hey
when i press shift after i died the large map opens where i can draw lines
there is no option in the settings to rebind or unbind it
it opens every time when i want to chat because i press shift and tab for steam overlay and i dont want to rebind this
and the annoying part is, that i cant close it after its open one time: q, esc or shift doesnt do anything
so it would be nice if anyone could tell me how i can deactivate it completly, maybe with console command
