After Death Screen

Okay, so I've been playing CS:GO and everytime I die from someone killing me, I cant see the person who killed me or the image for that matter. It like getting REALLY annoying and do not know how to fix it. Any suggestions?

Settings>Game Settings>Killer Replay. Not sure what the option is called.

Or open the console with this key ~(next to the 1) and see the name and how much damage you done.

The thing is I enabled it but it still did not work. and also its not showing the picture, its like a blank black screen then it just goes to another person on my team.

Also this is what shows up in console whenever I die:

"Error getting avatar image: playerID(458772576), iIndex(65535)"

are you playing comp? if so, there is no death screen for comp. That would be unfair

Then perhaps verify game files. Go right click on the game. 3rd tab(files) Then verify game files.
