Is razor equipment good for csgo?
Is the supposedly esports approved razor keyboard and headset a good choice for csgo?

You dont need a fancy set up for cs go, razor is too expensive and is only a bit better than the cheap chinese stuff

I'm using a Razer Ornata Chroma, works great, used to have a Razer Kraken 7.1 headset but I heard other people saying that you can find better headset for the same price range. Keyboards and mice from Razer are fine in my opinion.

Well I am getting the keyboard and mouse pad for my wrist, and the headset as I don't have a gaming one. I have a gaming mouse and a old Logitech gaming keyboard. (Mouse is also Logitech.)

Razer keyboards and mouse's are ok. But never buy a Razer headset, they have awful audio quality.

Razer is the apple of pc components, but without the stability.

Try other brands, look for a mechanical keyboard with red cherry mx switches, theyre best for fps

If you know a brand that has a affordable keyboard like that, then I will check it out.

Keyboard
A bit late, but razer keyboards are just fine and have good software. (you can get better keyboards for the same price, unless you get used ones. They usually have many nice functions though.)

Keyboards are not so easy
Very dependant on preference (many different type of keys)
  • Razer Ornata "Mecha membrane" (membrane with tactile click)
  • Razer Blackwidow (try to get never than 2016)
  • Razer Huntsman Elite (EXPENSIVE)
  • Logitech G513
  • HyperX (Find one u like, can have less features tho)
  • Roccat Vulcan 120

Mouse
Although the keyboards are nice, I would heavily advise against getting a razer mouse, they are usually cheaply made and expensive compared to competition.

Mice I would recommend
  • Logitech G502
  • Logitech G900
  • Logitech G903
  • Maybe a Steelseries Rival mice
  • Also heard that "Zowie" is quite nice

Headset
I think the headsets are just fine, I personally have the razer kraken usb, but they are definitely not the best.

Here are some headsets/brands I would recommend
  • Steelseries Arctis
  • Audiotechnica
  • Sennheiser
