Why P250 hasn't been nerfed?

Its a direct upgrade for t/ct side (mostly T). It can 1 shot armored enemies up close and some rifles even can't do that. The hs damage should be decrease to M4 damage so that you can't be out gunned by a 357. caliber gun while using a 5.56 gun.

How would changing the p250 affect the balance of the game? You can use the weapon on both sides so it doesn't make either side better than other. So what if you get rekt by a p250 when you have a full buy? You can just do the same to your enemy when you're ecoing!

That's why you need to check corners. Also, the p250 is definitely useful for lurking from underpass to connector in mirage on t side for example.

Don't let them get up close. Check your corners. Players with a p250 usually won't have armor because they're probably ecoing. You could just bodyshot them with your m4/ak and they'll get aimpunched so bad it's impossible for them to hit you, at least on the head.

I always buy p250 on t side because of the peashooter and i get kills that i don't deserve. Example: While i rush B (bad example) the ct has full awps/m4s and just becasue i have the p250 on me i headshotted the guy behind car,did 94 damage to the awper and died. The point is i shouldn't have got the kill in car with gun with a $300 price tag that has lower caliber than a rifle.

Why didn't the awper shoot you? Why was there a guy at car? That's a close range spot that always gets checked + there's no way out of there. You just took advantage of the situation.

This is true, P250 was made for T's to punish overly aggressive CT's who push. Literally counter it by holding any range at all.

Don't use your enemies being awful players as an example of why something should happen, Valve collect data from thousands of matches all the time, they see how it's being used and where it's being used.
Your case of playing against bad players isn't a good example. Any other game you're dead on a P250 buy as you come around the corner.

They aren't bad players they are eagle/dmg rank (was playing with friends). The m4 guy didn't had the chance to kill me because of my flash. And i got killed by the awper later because he decided to pull out his five-seven and 1 shot me.

I just don't see why it's such a big deal, Especially since the weapon is so easy to counter with practically any smg, shotgun or rifle.
