White dynamic rectangular box around corsshair

I've recently seen a few streamers and player using this wierd dynamic box around their crosshair, I've looked all over the steam community for information about it but I can't seem to find anything on it. I don't know if its a stream overlay or something or an actual command in CS:GO.

Why do you care about it? Is it useful somehow?

gotta be an overlay. are you sure it's dynamic? if its an overlay *and* dynamic then they've gotta be modifying the game files. i wouldnt classify it as a cheat but if that's what it's doing it's a vac bannable offense.

Ahhh, i use this for flying scoutsman

Step 1 : open console and type a single alphabet
Step 2 : select the alphabet by clicking and moving mouse over it
Step 3 : press esc button and it should work

I personally don't think its useful, however apparently these small streamers do. I'm just curious as to how they have it and I want to try it out myself.

It is definitely dynamic, It moves correspondingly to the movements of the player as (e.g.when the player looks around.)

ah, that's not what dynamic means in cs go terms. dynamic means it changes size depending on your movement speed and selected weapon.
