Rinput.exe 1.44 vs Rawinput 1

What is the final verdict? According to some it creates more packet loss then even rawinput 0...

Others say this new version has 0% loss, just tested it and seems good.

I fing deranked to silver and low silver in the past year cant get back to high nova and thought it was me, no it was input lag and negative mouse acceleration all along, I switched back to Win 7 and it seemed to go away, about an hour or two later I modded autoxec just adjusting crosshair and it came back.

Trying rinput now and played 10 min and seemed good, thing is they said it was only a Win 10 thing this problem. Why did it happen in 7? Sigh now Im gonna run Steam OS see if its happens.

In any case, just to make sure, is VAC flagging Rinput?

It only messes with your mouse settings, and not the game itself directly

No troubles with raw_input 1 and win10 on my part.

Anyway, as far as I am aware rinput is not flagged by VAC. No guarantees though. :)

No it doesnt mess with mouse, it actually is a middle man, it uses a code injector which is why some say be weary of anti cheat exes seeing it....
FacIT and ESEA I know dont allow Rinput injector

This[www.mouse-sensitivity.com] is relatively recent and should answer your question. It refers to an older version of rinput though. m_rawinput should still deliver its - at least according to that test - almost flawless results anyway, so there should not be any need to resort to rinput.

Thing is Im seeing input lag in Windows with Rawinput command, seems better with Rinput exe injector. WIll do more testing but for esea or faceit I dont want to run into trouble with Rinput. Thing is fuerest Ill repeat myself, I read that and saw the youtube video claming rinput older versions has loss indeed, but they say new version of Rinput has 0.00001 loss, I refuse to beleive Rawinput command has total 00000000000000000000000000000000000000000% loss, it just doesnt feel right, I cant aim like this and like stated I deranked all the way to silver in the past year due to this, I need to get this calibrated again to rank back up

Suspected as much since it was among the first google results, but I thought I'd post it anyway. You never know in this forum. ;)

Can't really help you much, since I neither experienced input lag problems nor do I have a solution to them. This forum may not the best place to ask such technical stuff anyway, reddit may be a better place.

Yeah reddit is worst hehe.
Spent a week troubleshooting this with reddit main info, too much mixed info.

Dunno back to win 10 now, with rawinput seems ok. cleaned mouse too and reset it to factory defaults seems ok, did a few other tweaks as well that say fix it. Seems good now I can snap and twich aim thats what I want, before it was sluggish and had to do tiny micro adjustments to aim that would take only a split second but in this game that costs your life ;)
Tried Win 7 and it went away for like 2 hours then appeard again, tried steam OS and sigh, what ajoke no desktop couldnt even open a web browset to get login code for steam.....

Seems all good now even with rawinput 1 but thx anyways
