Can I Run CS:GO in 192 Vram

Guys when i open cs:go it's open normally but when i try enter any game
the screen crash to White screen
This is my specs :-
Acer
proc : Intel[R] Core[TM]2 Duo CPU E8400 @ 3.00GHz 3.00 GHz
Win 7 32 bit
ram : 2 GB [1.84 Usable]
and i installed in my pc Royale BNA Driver
and my vram is 192
plz help me guys :(

U need to get a better graphic card but even if it runs it will not be fun,i suggest u should atleast have a core 2 quad processor and 4 gb ram minimum and a cheap nvidia graphic otherwise u will not have fun

the problem is my country
if you want low graphic card you must pay atleast 1500 pound damit

i've core i5 vpro 2.5 ghz
4GB ram
30 mb vid cad (usually this kind of pc's has like 500 mb but i bought the most ♥♥♥♥♥♥ version)
this pc run the game but still lags sometimes. also i got 20-30 fps and 10-15 when my pc says imma sleep now

wtf just by a cheap amd apu like A10-7850 and a Mainboard + 4 gigs of ram. 200 bucks. Enough for csgo.
