I got banned By VAC cause i use Hialgo Boost

I was playing on cs:go for 2 weeks. When i start playing the game run not smoothly i think it was 12-55 fps. So i watch youtube for a tips to run CS:GO smoothly. I found hialgo boost and i start use it. When first use the injector pop up and it say becareful when use hialgo boost on online/mmos game you might be banned. I just click yes please. And then i play cs:go with more fps. 2 weeks later ( This day) when i play on dust 2 i get disconnected and then it say your account permanently untrusted. i think hialgo boost its not safe anymore. Well if Hialgo boost not the reason i get banned maybe the reason i getting banned cause virus i tried to remove for a month. But it wont leave my pc. So i just ignore it. The virus was like an ad that pop up like hialgo boost injector. Well that was annoying when i play csgo on full screen. Please help me with my problem

No dude i am not cheating i am play on windowed mode and an ad vrisu pop up like hialgo injector and boomb i disconnected

Then i should reset my pc so there will be any virus anymore and i can start play on new account without get annoyed
