Can cheat engine and bhop scripts for CS 1.6 get me banned from GO?

Currently i'm not the only person using this computer, my brother uses it too and he's using ce and bhop scripts for a pirated copy of 1.6. Can those get me banned from GO?

If you're kids just tell your parents. He's using software which can make you lose all your expensive games which they paid for.

i'm 16, he's 17, we haven't been living together for a while and he claims he alway cheated on 1.6 and never got caught. (and also i paid for my own games, and if i get banned i'm gonna make him pay)

servers ingame have cheat detection.

no cheats need to be running when you play VAC secured server to get banned.
