how do i know if an enemy is faking a defuse or is for real

i played a match where i heard the enemy defuse but i thought he was faking so i didn't peek, then he defused the bomb and we lost the round :(
how can i know if the enemy is fake defusing or not?

No just game sense

So basically obviously a lot is 5 seconds. Assume he has a kit when you think they full bought that part is game sense. Knowing what Rounds your winning. Count in your head from 10, or count from 5 if you think he has a kit. Peek with 2 or 3 seconds left, ---try to gitter peek, if you hitter fast enough you'll see if he's holding it down or if he's looking at you

You don't unless you're looking at them

Try alway to plant it, so you have a good view on the bomb when you peek. He defuses, take like 2 seconds and peek. If hes not on the bomb hide again and wait. If hes defusing, SHOOT! :D
