The only port you need to open its 27015 udp for rcon, then just 27016 udp for the client port that should do the work you dont have to open all those ports only 2 needed

You need to know 2 things. The IP of your router and the IP of the computer that will be running the server (this can be your own pc if you choose to, doesn't really matter).
I am assuming you run Windows 10.
On that computer (the server):
- right click start
- choose powershell
In powershell:
- type ipconfig
2 lines are important (look like this).
IPv4 Address. . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.1.102
Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.1.1
The first is your computer, the gateway is your router.
Now with these, follow the instructions in the portforward guide.
