1 vs 1 server with Instant respawn

I saw a guy from twitch warming up on a community server. It was some kind of 1 vs 1 but after the kill both players respawned. I was unable to find such a server. What do I have to look for?

its probably a private lobby. or just a lobby he or the other guy made at least. the map is probably a workshop map. it could also be the "warmup" stage of the actual match he played. or it was deathmatch. do you know the twitch guys name?

The map was train and it were different opponents in the 1 vs 1. He opened community servers, typed something and joined. It was to fast for me to read it...
I do not know the name, sorry :/
