Since the latest update I can't hear the queue pop anymore. I usually alt tab to surf the net while I wait for the queue to pop, not to inject like this scrub above me.

Check windows loudspeaker settings, maybe steam client web helpfer is muted. Another possible solution is ingame under Audio-options. Try to enable "play sound in background". This fixed it for me, but its already some weeks ago.

I don't see an option to play audio when the game is in the background. I fixed my sound by switching between my output devices in the audio options.

I didn't know there were people who never alt tab when playing games. I alt tabbed to look at photos for reference for making my character, like the colors of real guns, and gas masks. I alt tabbed to look up this. I alt tabbed to play music on youtube. I alt tabbed to look up videos on the archtypes and now I'm alt tabbing to look up questions I have about the controls. Later I'll alt tab to look up guides. You never do any of that stuff?
