CS:GO Won't open - MacBook Pro

Whenever I try to open CS:GO on my Mac, it launches, and then closes half a second later.
What can I do to fix this? Ive uninstalled and reinstalled CSGO and Steam many times and nothing. I have no Antivirus running now.

Uhh ios isn't ment for gaming

I was able to use it perfectly since august of last year, it does work for ios

But it's not built for pc gaming

It still works on iOS. I understand it's not meant for gaming but os version is supposed to be able to support CS. Try deleting CS and redownloading it. Then before you open it verify game cache and start it up.

the issue is with mac

its called obsolete hardware and can be fixed by buying a proper pc rig

i erased my mac harddrive, wiped it all, and then had to reinstall MacOS Sierra (like reinstalling Windows), and then install steam and CS:GO again.
