How to Buy CSGO for another account?

So guys, i want to buy CSGO for my smurf, that i just created. But i cant add it because you need to buy something on steam to be abble to add people i think, so how do i buy csgo for my smurf with this account's steam wallet since i cant add it and send it as a gift? Can i buy a key or something?

your smurf needs to spend $5 to get unlimited not your main.

You need to buy the game on the other accounts. You can no longer buy csgo as a gift anymore since like half a year ago.

Also your account can add the other account, just the other account cannot add your main.

Oh wait, after further research, they made it so you cannot store the gifts in your inventory and it must be sent to a person immediatly. So you can buy it as a gift now, but it must be sent right away.

yes it was disabled even when it was not on sale.
not sure what changed but I can buy it as a gift for a wile now.
