Very low fps in csgo?

I just recently got a new pc which is much better than my last one. On my last pc, csgo would run with 150-250 fps on highest settings. Whilst on this pc it runs with 25-35 fps?? On ever other game I have this pc is much better than my last one, for example: my last pc could run gta 5 on low/medium settings with a bit of lag sometimes. While this pc can run it on max graphics settings very smooth. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks in advance!

try putting your settings to the lowest. also you could try to go to csgo in libray -> right click -> properties -> set launch options and type, -novid, -high, -no3d9ex1. this should boost your fps. i went from 30 to 200 :D

i have the same problem, my pc have a GTX 950 and the game run with 85-120 fps, and now the game run in 40 fps, not increassed, i use the game in window mode and i fix it, but i don want play in window mode, what i can do? in full screen the game run in 40 fps, window mode 80-120

Btw Windowed mode decreases fps because the game isnt focused in csgo its why the screen goes black when you change from it

Ok listen

1.type "fps_max 0" in console
2.set all your settings to low
3.maybe your cores are all not running on the game download park control which always enables them to play games on
4.set your csgo launch options to make the game run or use high CPU (1 launch option I use is "-high"

Theres alot of reasons, most common is you have V-Sync turned on or you're running the game with Intel graphics and not NVIDIA graphics, Just right click the game and check "Run with Graphics Processor".
Also update your drivers as it helps alot, Im not Indian or MikeRowSoft Indian tecnician but atleast I tried to help you, good luck
