I've tried this already and sadly I still receive these errors... I'll update the post.
Did you tried to check game cache?
I've tried verifying the game's cache about 3 times and each time it hasn't helped sadly.
I'll have to try this, if this is the problem though I would have to mute my teammates in competitive. Yikes.

if you enable console and you see this Voice channel 1 circular buffer overflow!
Simply follow these steps
> run your CS:GO
> go to Options (top right side)
> go to Audio Settings
> move all to ZERO
(ONLY 'Bomb/Hostage volume' & 'Ten Second Warning volume' you put to ONE)
try running in casual mode, if it works, go back to Options and set it back to One :)
