Please Explain the CS:GO Vote/Kick in Casual Game Mode
I'm fairly new to cs:go, and to put is bluntly, I'm not very good at the game. I'm an average player in the sense that I have some great games, some good games, and many below average games (score/kills). I play only CASUAL (Demolition and Death Match).

There have been numerous times where my team will vote/kick me from the server. I do not do anything offensive (griefing/squaking/etc.). By gaming standards, I'm ancient (49 years old), and I mention that to express a certain level of maturity and respect while gaming online with others.

So... I've said all that to ask this question:

Do excessive or multiple in-game vote/kicks in CASUAL mode result in "cool downs" or "bans" as in COMPETITIVE?

Thank you, in advance, for any information that may be helpful.

the only way you can get a ban from casual is by hacking but if your just getting kicked from the game then there is no penalty. heres a link on how the bans and cooldowns work https://steamcommunity.com/app/730/discussions/0/864959336634313487/

its simple as this. dont use ur mic in casual you wont get kicked. if you use ur mic ur chances of getting kicked goes straight up to 50/50 even if your using the mic to help ur team. im sorry but as cancer as csgo has become its just how it is. but bottom line even if u did get kicked from casual games multiple times it will indeed have no effect in competetive so u will be fine.
