2017 and still taking forever to alt tab

This is the only game that takes a long time to Alt tab. Doom, instant. Tomb raider? Instant.

CSGO 10-15 seconds. Full screen windowed isn't a viable option as it disables your ability to choose brightness

This needed to be fixed years ago. I'm in pre-alpha's that alt tab better than CSGO. It's been a known bug for like 5 years. How be you fix it? You know maybe before another case?

10 - 15 seconds? never had this problem. when I alt tab to get on ts or something its instant.

All my launch options are set : -novid -threads 8 -nod3d9ex -high -nojoy

I'm in Fullscreen, not fullscreen windowed mode, Fullscreen windowed is instant. But you lose the option to turn ingame brightness up.

My PC is an i7@3.5 16gbs of ram gtx1070. CSgo is on 1tb western digital black windows is run off a separate SSD. My computer destroys every game on ultra. As I said I can alt tab in Rise of the Tomb Raider instantly, Doom instantly virtually any other game works flawlessly. Pre-alpha games that blow CSGO's requirements out of the water alt tab and run better.

Happens to everyone I know that plays. It's been an issue since the game came out and hasn't been addressed.

this is an issue on your end it has nothing to do with the game

a decent or not pc isnt the problem! i have this too on my moms computer(fx6300, 1050ti, 16gb ddr3, ssd) and on my rig (i7-6700k, 1080, 16gb ddr4 3200mhz, ssd). it takes pretty long to tab back in. longer than any modern title

since most dont have it, the issue is on the users end

doesnt take a genius to figure that out

nah i got a pc far better than the cs requirements, its hundred percent not a pc spec issue
